Positron Corporation has developed a top-notch plastic sheet lamination program. We laminate flat plastic sheets and rollstock with foils, paint films, or chrome foils in a cleanroom environment developed exclusively by Positron.
Beautiful Woodgrains, brushed metals, camouflage, and even chrome are laminated to plastic sheets and roll stock to allow customers to make everything from picture frames, to fishing boats and ATV's. After going through our
lamination process, these sheets and rolls of plastic are ready to be vacuum formed or thermoformed into virtually any shape you desire: plastic grills, bumpers, running boards, stone guards--you name it!
Positron manufactures laminated plastic sheets and rolls at a quality level unmatched by any other plastic lamination company. Our lamination machines have been developed to laminate foils and films up to 65 inches in width. Since our machines have multiple heads, we can cost effectively produce materials which require more than one layer in their construction.
We have developed a method to laminate chrome foil and paint films to thick sheet ABS and TPO which can later be thermo-formed into products such as bumpers and grills
for vehicles. We are also capable of laminating vac-formable foam to plastic sheets which are then formed into items such a fender covers or "dunnage" products.
Positron has become efficient at laminating "Class A" materials for the automotive industry and throughout our many years of plastic lamination experience, we have successfully ventured though "automotive vehicle launch" programs. We provide thorough lamination logs
to our customers which provide complete lot traceability. We thoroughly package finished material and seal it to its skid for safe transport to the customers location.
